Refund Policy
Our Peace of Mind
To secure your spot on our walking tours and cultural experiences, we require full payment in South African Rand (ZAR) upfront. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure your journey through Cape Town is as stress-free as possible. If you need to cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled experience, we will provide a full 100% refund. For cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the tour, we offer a 50% refund to cover our local preparation and the small organisation required for our guides.
Cancellations and Changes
Life happens, but because we keep our groups small and intimate, late changes impact our hosts and community. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time, or guests who do not show up for their scheduled experience, will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. If you cannot make it, please reach out to us as soon as you can. We are always happy to see if we can move your booking to another date or person, provided we have the availability to accommodate you and your travel party.
When Mother Nature Steps In
Your safety is our priority. If we have to cancel a tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns or not meeting minimum numbers, we will offer you a full refund in ZAR or a reschedule. To change your booking, please email us directly.
